When at playgroups please be aware of your kids and help them be kind and to share.
Please help your kids pick up after playgroup is over or when you have to leave. Nothing worse for the host than a tornado left behind. :)
Feel free to bring snacks for your kids, and if you want to for all, but DO NOT feel obligated.
Please invite neighbors and friends. We look forward to this opportunity to bond as sisters and help
ourselves and kiddos get out of the house!
COOKING GROUP
2nd Tuesday 7-8:30pm at various homes. No kids please (except young babies). Starting May 13.
Classes will range from bringing a dish and recipe to learning how to cook bread, various ethnic dishes or put together freezer meals.

YOGA
1st, 3rd (5th) Wednesdays 9:30a-10:30am Ward Building – Cultural Hall. Starting April 16. Kids are welcome.
Bring a mat or towel to do yoga while the little ones distract themselves with eachother! We’ll be on one side of the gym and the kiddos theoretically on the other.

Welcome
Get moving with aerobics, not matter what your level or desire of intensity, while we all help keep an eye on the kiddos playing at the playground (or have them exercise with you!).

WALKING AT THE MALL
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:15am. Meet at the “Books a Million” Entrance by the food court. Kids welcome though preferably in strollers if they are slow walkers.
Walk for however long you want. Very relaxed. No one in charge as who ever shows up shows up. Some days it may be a few gals, others perhaps just you. If you’re walking solo, know that it’s good pondering time.
One time around the mall = about 1 mile
